I have spme query regarding the documents to be sent to WES.
I have two degree from two different university for 2 different course. I had got both the transcripts.
I got the Reference no. from the WES also.
The documents I am planning to send are :
a. attested photocopy of both the degrees
b. Transcripts of both the degrees
My queries :
1. Any more document do I need to sent with this ?
2. I had one reference no. from WES, now should I sent the transcript and degree zerox in separate envolopes or is it okay to send all in one big envolope ?
3. Where do I need to right the Reference no. which I got from WES ? do I need to right on all the documents or only on the main envolope ?
If any more things I need to take care then please let me know. I am doing this for the first time and dont have anyone experinced to guide.
Waiting for the reply. Based on that will send the documents.
What I did was, I put me and my wife's document in 1 big Envelope and send it to WES.
On the top of the Big Envelope I wrote both WES reference numbers (Me and my wife's).
Inside, On our respective documents, we put sticky notes with our respective WES reference numbers. Our documents have been accepted.
Can someone suggest on the below issue, my transcripts made by university have digital signature on it, however they are in the sealed envolop and stamp on it as well. So will there be any issue from wes end?

I had travelled to Dubai from year 2007 to 2009 on visit visa. I have few stamps in my passport which are in arabic though date and country (uae) is mentioned in english but entry, exit and permit number is written in arabic. Do I need to get these translated in english before submitting my application? Would really appreciate your help.
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.
Hello all, So I finally started my EE process two days ago. I've gone to my school to have my transcript sent for ECA and currently preparing for my IELTS...

No one can really say for sure - except for WES of course.
Here's the question. Does your university always issue transcripts with digital signature? If that's the case, there is nothing you can possibly do, and WES will have to figure it out.
There are 3 things
1) The transcript is authentic (issued in a sealed envelope) [check]
2) Is your University/College recognized by WES / or any other body in your country
3) Any issues with time, grades & language when it comes to find Canadian equivalent.
a) Time : For example 3 year Bachelors degree in India is equal or not to Bachelors degree in Canada (Usually 4 years in Northern America)
b) Grades: If you got all As or Es (may not matter here, I know it matter with most Canadian Business Schools admission)
c) Language: Some degrees would say Post Graduate Diploma in Management, considered equivalent to MBA in India, but may or may not be considered Master's by WES.
In any case, I don't think there is anything you can do at this point but to wait. What you can do at most is to send your degree/transcripts to different ECA agencies to spread your risk, but you should wait until you hear back from WES. No need to worry about things that aren't present at the moment.
I have received the "Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Visa" email today. In the instructions it says that I should send all the documents/passports in one envelope to CIC, but the problem is that I am in USA while my family is in Pakistan --also note that in my EE application I had provided their permanent address in Pakistan not in USA--. And therefore it's not possible to have all the passports placed in the same envelope and mailed to CIC together -- also note that once the Canada Visas are stamped on them they will need to go back to two different countries. Has anyone else encountered this situation....what should I do?
Thanks!
