I am sorry but were your criminality and eligibility passed on the same day?

Yes. I called CIC to check this.
Today I called CIC to follow up my application as it has already passed the 6 months. They said everything is in order. When I asked that if my security has been passed or still ongoing, she said: "From my end, I can see some one has been assigned to and hopefully it will be finalized soon".
Even I asked her to leave a note for the officer but she said: " I can not do it because someone has been assigned". It was a really weird response to my follow up. I really don't know how I can interpret it.
