The reason behind my query was , I understood from the CIC monthly news edition that previous year more invitations from sinp were sent to IT professionals.....so I was thinking whether to expect my noc or not.....
There is nothing about IT in the list now. It would be nice that you choose NS NP. These NOCs are in their list . Without job offer. The Principal Applicant is required to create an Express Entry profile on IRCC online Express Entry System and submit a complete Application to Nova Scotia Immigration Office (NSIO)

You said 7 IELTS band score is required for NSNP Category B ( without job offer). I would like to know if you mean 7 overall; or at least 7 in each section?
If it's 7 overall, then I would like to apply for it since I stand a good chance.

Just for your reference. NSNP evaluates English skill based on each ability of IELTS score and their English scoring based on CLB of each English ability. Example: Listening 7.0 -> clb 7 (04 points in NSNP ranking system); reading 7.5 -> clb 9 (06 points in NSNP ranking system); writing 6.0 -> clb 7 (04 points); speaking 6.0 -> clb 7 (04 points). Total English score in NSNP: 18 points.
