So just in case if draw doesn't happen today , already given that ONIP is kept on hold yesterday.
Can we take these events as indication that CIC doesnt have a lot of ITA/PR quota left?

But I guess since you are hitting the page with the tool..... they may block the IP if they get frequent pings. Increase the frequency to a min or two.
