Moved to IP2 today.. fingers crossed..

Mine also same. It moved to IP 2 yesterday. Keep us informed pls of any status changes. Between what is the wording in BGC status

I got the UCI number in the letter CIC attached in my GCKey portal. Sadly my lawyer controls it and all I get is all they send me. I have a couple of questions though folks: My ECA report has only my M.S degree info on it. I had not done my ECA for B.S (Under grad in India) since its a pain trying to get transcripts from India. Is this a problem.?

Also, IF I order my GCMS notes today how soon will the report be generated. I do know that it takes 35 days for getting the GCMS report delivered but when are they "extracted" by CIC..

Apart from ECAS is there anyway I can be in the know of my application updates? @KiranK

You can call them to hear to automated application status.
Its always better to get undergrad also evaluated, but if your lawyer says its okay, then should be fine.
GCMS notes are generated around 5-7 days after you order and contain updates till that AFAIK.

There are two different numbers-
Call on, 1-888-242-2100 (If you are in Canada)
Call on, 1-613-944-4000 (If you are from outside Canada)
Calling hours to hear automated response are 24 hours, all 7 days a week.
Calling hours to speak to an agent, Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM, Canadian time.
If you wish to speak to an agent, You will have to extract information out of them, sometimes people ask , "what is status of my application" they give a vague answer, if this happens ask specifically that, "has my eligibility check done" or like, "what is the status of my criminality check" etc.

Most cases no change at all, Straight to PPR e-mail now.

My lawyer never said its okay nor did he say its bad. He simply asked all of my Bachelors certs, transcripts and uploaded them instead of ECA. I hope this would not be an issue with CIC. I will be skype-ing them today. Let's see. So they are racing only the June applications or does this apply to us the July applicants too?

I've read somewhere but is it an issue to bother them with status questions. I emailed them yesterday and will be calling today

As you have Master's evaluated and claiming points for that, you shall be fine as long as you attached other transcripts and degrees, still always confirm such things before hand from your lawyers, this what we are paying then for. Its their job to guide us best and keep us informed and updated. Sometimes CIC might ask a WES later on, so its always better to be safe. You should be okay though, no worries.

They are racing both June and July applicants, medical passing and IP1 before 20 days is a Miracle for FSWO. You will be i fast processing phase of CIC luckily. Just call for an automated response today, don't talk to an agent. As you mailed yesterday better wait for few days before talking to an agent. This no problem at all, you can contact them as much as you want, no negative effect on application, but sometimes you might get a rude agent on line and he/she might point out that you contacted earlier just few days back blah blah. So just to avoid that put a gap. To listen an automated response there is no such limitation.

Absolutely lawyer said certs are all in order and I didn't bat an eye... The automated system confirmed the medical was done and app. is under eligibility check at the moment. Does it mean R10 is done and they received the FBI report I uploaded (Submitted it after AOR)? How soon do you think this might take?

Yes R10 is done. You must be getting IP2 in 12-20 days IMO. PPR will follow soon.

The rewards are exactly where the risks are, my friend. I wanted to do it in Feb 2014, ignored it totally, started the whole process from scratch in Feb 2017 ad here we are. Trust me it will all be worth it when you get the golden email! Cheers

I've used hangouts app and Skype app. (Both have US based registration numbers though) Connected through both. Don't call toll free n.o unless you're in Canada. Call that 444000 #
