I am also Aug 31st, 2016 applicant with LVO processing started Sep 21st, 2016, and am in London pilot project as well. I was asked to provide additional documents in Nov and in May. background check in process since beginning. Waiting is not over yet

we are all in same boat
they did not asked any document from me i have submitted all required documents as i am working in law firm.
I pray to Allah Almighty that we all get visa soon ameen.

Hi there , can anyone please guide me on how tofill tbe relationship form , especially part B the question sbout are u related? Like me and my husband are so hiw do we go about filling in names and all there?

If you're talking about part B question 1, this is filled from the PA's view. So if the sponsor is related to the PA, write how the sponsor is related (that should be the first name). Then if any of the sponsor's family members are related to the PA's side, add their names in and how they are related. If it's a very close relation e.g. cousin, and you guys are very closely related with lots of common family members, just fill in the chart. No need to add another sheet with extra names. Hope that is helpful!

"This is to acknowledge that your medical is submitted to eMedical electronically."
Does it mean that my medical has been cleared?

Sounds like your medical has just been submitted, not cleared. I don't think IOM can tell you whether it has passed or not, CIC does that.

You will get an email in about a month or so letting you know that they received your application; it should have your file number in it. Next step is sponsorship approval.

Permanent Residence application: In process

1. We received application for permanent residence on August 25, 2016.
2. We started processing application on October 11, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

Sponsorship application : Decision Made

1. We received your application to sponsor on August 25, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 22, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on September 21, 2016.
4. We sent you correspondence on September 30, 2016 about the decision on your application.

Sounds like you are checking ECAS whereas FutureCanadian123 is checking through GCKey.

Hi everyone, May 25 Applicant. Two days ago i received request letter to provide Sch A, Birth Certificate, Passport Size pictures and Family Lists and household registry. But i have already submitted Schedule A two weeks ago, Birth Certificate, Passport Size Pictures on the time of submission of application then why they are asking to provide all these docs again, any help? And what is meant by Family Lists or house hold registry?

I've heard that CPC Mississauga started off applications before sending them to VO, so my guess is some of the work had begun here before it reached LVO. Our GCKey also indicates that eligibility is being reviewed.

The idea is to process applications faster given that processing time is now reduced by 8 months. So fingers crossed.

I applied in September 2016 and from the same month till May 2017 when I got passport request eligibility was in progress.

you should call CIC and ask them what documents do they require to finalize the applications. Sometimes they miss communication and expecyt you to submit the documents. They might be waiting on something from you

Yes, not everyone used to see any major updates. Things are different now though or well in theory should be. Let's see if IRCC delivers on its promise to reunite families faster.
