Not only our age, all the information we provided in the profile is locked once we receive ITA. That's the reason I assume , expiration of certificates are not problem until we receive ITA.
Also, let's say my certificate will expire by the end of this week. If am creating a profile today that means am not using expired certificate to enter into the pool. Means am not fooling CIC with my IELTS details.
But if you withdraw the profile for any reason and resubmit a new profile next week, here you are using your already expired certificate, which means my profile won't be considered.
The validity of the profile should coincide with the time you create your profile.
Any members, if feel my comment are not correct are welcome to share their suggestions. It might help someone .
Nope. I don't think this is how I understand the assessment based on A11.2.
If an applicant’s situation changes in the time between when they receive an ITA and when they submit their e-APR to such a degree that their qualifications fall below the MEC, the application must be refused under section A11.2. The officer must also consider whether the application should be refused for not meeting the minimum requirements of the federal program to which they are applying or for misrepresentation.
When an applicant submits an e-APR to IRCC, the information in their application is locked, and their CRS score at the time of their application is recorded in GCMS.
Only the age is exempted to this rule. The MEC includes your IELTS, PCC, medical exam. You must ensure these are all valid (meaning, not expired) before submitting your eAPR.

All the information are locked after eAPR submission, except for age, which is locked on the day one receives ITA.
I believe only our age is locked post-ITA. For IELTS, it must be valid until eAPR submission. Correct me if I am wrong here.
I did not get ITA, that's long way to go for me.
acknowledged, let me postpone my plan. Thanks for your advice.
Hi Guys, regarding proof of funds. Can i just download the statement of account online and upload that document? I have money in the bank. How did you guys show proof of funds? Does it have to be an official document from the bank? Bank has to provide a letter to OINP? Thank you.
Aks for a balance certificate from your bank.. which would have your balance along with bank details.. on their letter head
Thank you for your response.
Does recreating the profile will increase the chances of getting NOI ?
Keep checking this page to know more about OINP updates
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html
& then take a decision to recreate your profile as their program updates mention if you need to recreate profile..

Yes.. once eAPR.. your age/score/ielts is locked.

Was your query for creation of EE profile? I was actually replying to someone's post about validity of certificates like IELTS, after ITA or submission of eAPR.
anyone got the IELTS result today ? of the test on 8/July
why in the world they keep giving 6 or 6.5 in writing, i am again stuck with 6.5 in writing, which i thought was my best exam that day.
this again lands me on crs 382 which would easily have been 427 if i had got 7 in writing
can someone shed the light on this ?
Thankfully to the ICT week, i am able to submit my application to e Portal but still i have many friends who are preparing for IELTS and ask me for tips, so i want to give them the best possible information.
This had happend to me too when I was re-creating my profile but since I know there must be at least two authorisation checkboxes, I played with that page. I am a programmer so I am patient with those silly bugs and glitches.
A trick to show the authorisation checkbox is to select Ontario only, then select British Columbia, then All provinces. Hope this works for you.
Yep. Thanks. I hope i receive invite soon.
Hi Friends,
Hope you all are geared up for Canada..
Can somebody tell me when I might get ontario NOI if I recreate my profile today?.
My noc is 2173
Crs 434
CLB 10

Re-create it now. OINP usually sends NOI on a Friday. I got mine 8 hrs after recreating my EE, also on a Friday. All the best.

Do you really need Ontario NOI... You will likely get ITA within August going by the trends.
