My AOR is April 01, med cleared on June 06 and BG status changed from IP1 to NA on June 08. Since then there is no response. I haven't even received the RPRF request yet. Just curious if this is normal

Based on my country of residence, it should be AbuDhabi VO. Tracker says its average time is 94 days and mine has already passed the 110 days mark.... Just wondering why I haven't received the RPRF yet. I have almost completed the 4th month ... Is there still a chance of refusal ??
