1. Is there any duration for how long should I keep the money (Proof of Fund) in my account before submitting application to OINP? Though their guideline doesn't mention any such thing, but I saw many people saying 3 or 6 months. Just wanted to reconfirm.

2. I have gift deed from my father which was issued on 12th June, the date when he provided me the cheque. The fund credited to my account on 15th June. So it's not 3 months matured fund. Would it create a problem if I submit file before 3 months of fund maturity?

Hi,

As last draw was on 12th July 2017, next is expected on 26th July under ideal condition.
Sometimes it has been seen in past that CIC had draw after 1 week or 3 weeks post previous draw.
Lets hope for the best.

Hi,

I am under same situation.
I come to know that the account should be atleast 6 months old and so are the funds.
I guess Senior members on this forum can help us regarding this.

its minimum CLB 5 or 4 not sure..you can check it in the manual.it is given

NOI is valid for 6 months. Once you register your ONe-key account, you have 14 days to submit your application and pay the CAD 1,500 application fee.

Buddy don't worry. Their quota is far away from full as they have issues a lot of NOI yesterday. Secondly I believe that if quota would get filled they will not start processing the applications. Your application is already in DIP. Your nomination is few hours/days away. cheers

I need your urgent expert advise please.

I got ITA and 425 CRS but now my employer is not ready to give me offer letter, which will make to withdraw my application and enter the pool with 375 CRS and his time opt for OINP.

Unfortunately I wasn't aware of OINP till recent times.

I fall in NOC 2174 with more that 1 years of experience in ON and still 1 year of closed work permit duration is left.

Please advise if I should withdraw my current EE application and re-enter with 375 CRS, and as Number of Nominations Remaining are 2,485, will have a chance of getting nominated?

I could not understand about offer letter thing? Can u elaborate it?

If this is your current job, you can satisfy IRCC with other things like pay slips or bank salary transfer, taking such letter from ur superior or colleague.

I dont understand why u want to decline ITA?
