Yeap its called saint bernard lacolle cbsa inspection station.
When you go there, you will be facing the USA side, the us officer will ask you, how r u and what not, u just say i need to go towards Canadian side for the landing purposes.
He will give u a document that states intention to reject entry to states.
You will take a u turn and wait in line on the other side, the cbsa officer will ask you about the details, and will ask your status in Canada and will give you a yellow page that you will have to submit at the office.
That is it, took me almost 3 hours going back and forth and doing the whole process.

I've heard rumors of people saying that at one border crossing you are able to take a u-turn before even being rejected by the US agents. I was looking at the saint bernard crossing on google maps it kind of looks like that's the case. Did you manage to see anythin like that??

How come its so late for you. You have crossed 1 year already since your app date. I have seen most of them getting their PPR in 11 months. Tht is, for you it should have been in May 2017.

Not yet since it is not 13 months yet, and I heard you'll not get any useful information but BS if you're still within the 13 months threshold...

Hum...it's probably true..but as you, I don't understand why you're file is taking so long. Are you a dangerous chocolat and candy dealer? It could explain the delay

Even after 13 months people get generic replies like "Files are processed in order they are received" etc. etc.

BTW. I got an answer from the office of my local MP (they actually posted a letter and everything..). They asked me to call them to "discuss" the situation. I'll try calling on friday and let you guys know.

I know They said they're processing in order they are received files but it's not true. I wish they explain this problem.
