Yeah how frustrating that feeling might be rite now lol. Cut-off will decline gradually of course, but now it seems like it will be 400 by the end of this year. 401-410 is way over crowded now. If the recent increase in the candidate pool is cos of Canadian graduates, i guess we need not worry to much.
hey! has anyone had their CRS at the cut off of each draw and NOT received an ITA? just asking since now CIC has this thing where only the older profiles get the ITA..
This rule hasn't been implemented yet, otherwise it would have been shown yesterday in the announcement that this profile with this time and date will be the last to receive ITA...
why don't you check his profile / account menu tabs by clicking his profile pic & see the threads by bill...or try pm him...he's kind to respond to queries without fail...
They already issued NOIs to those occupations. People were saying that someone with as low as 303 has received NOi. This is a sign that those near and below 400 will soon get their ITA, scores are going down!
I know how you feel better buddy but we need to stay strong! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger! Remember this! And also remeber this when you find yourself in the middle of Canadian winter!

I have the website showing date submitted as July 12, 11am but then they sent me the email around 12:40pm...
