A freind got his PR after 14 months waiting (inland) avril 2016 - juin 2017

also just to let you know ,you can know some details about your application by calling CIC number and put your demand ID , for me unfortunaltely they said they didnt start background check yet , i applied november 2016

Can you guys share what do they said when you call ?

I noticed your VO is Paris now. was first Ottawa and then transferred to Paris?
I am asking that because I have read on CIC webpage that they used to process files in the nearest VO but now they can transfer them between VOs to speed up the process.
