If a kid is not school going age for a certain period, do i still need to fill anything in school name and city columns?

Fill the time the kid was in school only

I am applying tomorrow as family adult and three kids under 14
Just need help with this:Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification
They need one with a photo
I can send health insurance as No. 1
I am planning to send extra copy of PR ...because it contains a photo ....
Please help ....suggestions. Any one send a PR???

They have a check box to fill even if kid is not in school. please check the form and then let me know

Hi there,

I am trying to download the forms which one of the guy explained above to save as document and then open it. I did it and it was okay. However, when I filled up the firs page and saved it then the page got distorted and some wordings were missing. Does anyone have the similar situation and share the solution if you have?

There is no issues with the new application form. Try it from a different computer.. Seems there is something wrong with the machine you are using to fill in the form.

Thanks for your reply. Can you open the new form online as when I open it then the message comes you need to update Adop. I tried on different machine , the same message came.
