I was married last 2014, then I sponsored my husband. He's PR since Nov 2016. He came here August last year and we live together for atleast 3 mos. then after 3 mos. he move to toronto to work there to earn job experience because he can't find a job here in Alberta since lack of opportunity as an IT. He live with my mother while working. We have a good relationship even we are far from each other. Then one day after 6 mos. working there he decided to back to my country then I noticed that He was cheating on me. I found out a picture with his girl while he is in my country. Then he told me to let him go to fixed his life. Then after 3 mos. He contacted me saying sorry for what he did and he's planning to go back to canada.
My question is, Can I cancel his PR card and not allowed to enter to Canada again?
I'm done with him. I want to move on. But one thing I wanted to. "He can't enter to canada again"
Others can comment but he is now a PR in his own right as long as he continues to meet the residency obligation he still keeps his PR status nothing you can do.

He's not in Canada rigth now, Can the immigration will allow him to enter canada? What if I submit a copy of picture to CIC as my prof that he was cheating on me after our marriage? Our marriage is legimate and genuine 100%.

Unless you can prove that he intentionally married you for status then there's nothing you could do. it's his right to be able to return whenever as long as he keeps the obligation as a PR

I agree, nothing much the OP can do especially the Condition 51 does not exist anymore, and as she said the marriage was genuine. To OP, the best you can do is forgive him and move on. Of course, and if divorce is an option, then you may do so. But if you think you can still work it out, then much better.

No, there is nothing you can do. If he wants to return to Canada and continue his life here as PR, he's free to do so. His cheating on you is not relevant to his PR status. You can try to file a claim with IRCC that he only married you to gain immigration status, but most likely this would go nowhere as there is no real proof.
Note you are responsible financially for him until Sept 2019, in case he decide to use welfare.
Also note he won't be able to sponsor any new spouse for PR until after Sept 2021.

I'm just wondering if he can able to renew his PR status since He's not living with me for 2 years. We are just live together for 3 mos. and move to toronto to gain experience. Then after 6 mos. He return to my country.
Sorry, no. "On April 18, 2017 the Government of Canada cancelled Conditional Permanent Residence. This means that conditional permanent residence no longer applies to anyone."

He will be able to renew his PR card, as long as he keeps his RO then he will keep his PR status. As stated, there's no stopping him from returning to Canada as it is his right as a PR.
