Got AOR of missing document on last Saturday and i submitted my profile on 20th June.
right now the status is submitted. can anyone tell me why is it taking so long to change the status.
For OINP Program, in the supporting documents, there is this question.
2.3 Birth Certificate (mandatory)
A copy of your birth certificate or an acceptable national document where an original birth certificate is not available (i.e. letter from appropriate government authority indicating why your birth certificate is not available).
I don't have birth certificate. I believe passport will be enough. Do i need to provide a letter as they say? If yes, the letter should be from whom?
In case you don't have a birth Certificate, you can provide the most authentic source of your birth of birth. For Indians, this can be their High School Pass Certificate which has DOB written on it.
I also had the same issue and what I did was following:
Submitted original scan of High School Certificate
Self Affidavit stating my DOB, absence of Birth Certifcate with reason, and that my National ID and Passport are the authentic source of Birth Certificate
Affidavit by parents stating your relationship, your DOB, and why they don't have the Birth Certificate.
In my case it worked and I got nominated. Hopefully this should work for you as well.

Congrats for receiving the ITA! May I ask why would you decline it to receive Ontario's nomination? Isn't receiving the ITA the final purpose of applying to OINP? Or is there any other advantage for being an Ontario nominee?
Thanks and congratulations!
