From the the calculations of the CRS tool your score is 400 and its mostly because your ielts results puts your language skill at a CLB LEVEL 8. If your writing was 7 for instance, the CRS tool will automatically put your language skill at a CLB LEVEL 9 and that gives you an extra 57 points. So at a CLB LEVEL 9 you stand a chance of getting 457 points on your Express Entry Profile

No you cant change your score right now, it is what it is. Well except to want to write Ielts again.

I am not sure, whether giving IELTS again would increase my writing to 7.0.
but as some one said earlier, I updated my express entry profile by adding my full experience with 2 NOC codes and the score now comes 412.
let me see the trend for the next draw, then I can plan on writing IELTS again.
meanwhile since my status in United States coming to an end this aug I have applied for PMP course at sheridan college and subsequently study permit in that regard. let me see whats there for me.

most of the time between 11:00am to 01:00pm EST (Ottawa time) sometimes earlier or late until 5pm..
