Hi,
In my case the tracker didn't work at all, it always showed invalid tracking number. Please do not rely on the tracker and have patience.

Here is my summary,

WES Profile Submitted - May 30, 2017
WES Received Documents - June 06, 2017
WES Status Changed to "Documents Received - Review in Progress" - June 07, 2017
Current Status - "Documents Received - Review in Progress"

Can someone please suggest how long WES will take to review the documents and proceed on evaluating them. My degrees are all from US Accredited State Universities and shouldnt be too difficult to evaluate but still WES is taking their sweet own time to proceed with it

Evaluation report being prepared for delivery

How much time will it take more. This is a new status which I haven't seen for anyone in any of the threads.

I have the same status for last 4 days. Still same. Did you get any update in status.

I got an email at around 5:30 IST and the status was updated on WES website also. I would suggest to drop an email to WES

Documents received by WES on June 05, 2017. My status changed to 'Evaluation report being prepared for delivery' couple of days ago. When can I expect the report, any idea?

Documents received and signed by A maple & J maple: June 14 ,2017
WES Status: "Documents received - review in progress": June 16 ,2017

How long WES review documents ? reading from the post here seems like 7 days on average and sometimes shorter also. i will update the post once i receive status change.

Here is my timeline:

01/05/2017: Submit application
15/05/2017: Docs were delivered by DHL
20/05/2017: WES updates status “Docs received - Review in progress”
01/06/2017: Evaluation in progress
16/06/2017: Evaluation report being prepared for delivery
16/06/2017: Completed (Notification via email)
19/06/2017: Received hard copy (Delivered by UPS)

Are the DHL documents the ones you sent yourself, or from the university, or both?

I had applied WES for ECA evaluation recently. Just wanted to know how the timelines for WES in 2017. I do see lot of threads for the same, but those are old (2014,2016).Can you people share your WES timelines ? I am from India (Bangalore) and got all the transcripts signed from bangalore university before applying ECA.

• Applied ECA and Paid fees : 7-JAN-2017
• Sent all the documents to WES by DHL : 7-JAN-2017 (I had prepared college transcripts readily)
• Courier delivered to WES : 10-JAN-2017
• Status: Awaiting Documents : 15-JAN-2017
• Sent an email using support option about the delay :15-JAN-2017
• Staus changed to Document Received - Review in progress :18-JAN-2017
• No updates for a week :26-JAN-2017
• Sent an email using support option about the delay :26-JAN-2017

It's good to know how others facing problem with WES. I will update the thread once i receive any updates

I am a Chemical Engineer from Pakistan and I have a confusion about the attestation. I need to get photocopies of my degree and marks sheet attested for WES from HEC portal. But on their portal there are only the options of attestations for:

1) Degree.
2) Transcript.
3) Provisional Certificate.
4) Equivalence Certificate.

For which option my marks sheet would be attested?

I have sent Indian transcript in sealed envelope with stamp that my university gave in my package with photocopy of Italian degree certificate and Indian bachelor degree.

My university from Italy sent by themselves and they also used dhl.
so i knew both dhl codes.
