My background remained " The next step is to conduct the background check" after my medical passed. Today I checked and it is showing in progress. Is it IP1 or IP2?

Wow, what a journey so far , came to Canada in 2010 and received PR in 2017 - I've learned so many things ( especially, the English language ) which I couldn't be if I'm in my home country.
Thank you for each and everyone who helped me in the forum..
Please send me a message if you have any questions regarding any express entry documentation.
IP(2) for 5 days now. They requested military records, sent them in few days. BG changed to IP2 on the same day.
Do you guys think that this is the last step? I have 18 days of work permit left. I want to postpone applying for bridging. If PPR comes this week, I should have enough time to send passports with express post and do the landing.
Friends, I got my PPR request. It is like most another achievable day in my life. Thanks to God. I gonna make this soil as permanent. It is a 4 years struggle to get on this day. But I have a final question, my status is not yet changed on the CIC website. However, I got the Passport Request from my immigration consultant. Is this fine ??
My application becomes IP2 on 31st May. I emailed CIC last Friday, and got their replay just now. CIC said
"Please be advised that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that your application has been approved."
Hi,
I also emailed to Ottawa office and recieved the below response:
"Please be advised that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that your application has been approved.
We do not require any information from you at the present time. You should receive instructions shortly."
I got IP2 on 03 June.
I guess we both need to wait patiently for the golden email, hopefully this week

Very slow day today. Just saw few PPR's this morning from NDVO. No news of PPR issued from Ottawa today.
We have around 60 FSW & CEC applicants from Feb Aor right now on IP2 so lot of good news should follow !! Also CIC is known to issue PPR directly from IP1 and NA too so all the best everyone
