MED PASSED: 17/5
BG CHANGED: Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct background check. 17/5
BG CHANGED: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check (Probably its same as above as they changed certain things in GC-MS for everyone)
BG CHANGED: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. 9/6

My BG never went NA

Same timeline and stream as of mine.
Applicants with AOR earlier than us have not got their medicals passed. So, it seems we have to wait for at least one more week or so.

Hang in there. people get medicals passed in anywhere b/w 62 - 65 days at present.

My AOR date is 2nd April and no updates. So you are not alone in this wait

Is RCMP necessary to submit upfront if we are CEC inland?

Not necessary to provide RCMP.

When did u get your ITA?

I submitted RCMP but it was expired (issued more than 6 months prior to aor). I went through IP1-NA-IP2 , per my understanding from forum, this process applies to those who doesn't submit rcmp updront.

should be another 1-2 weeks. whether you applied with dependents and can you also tell about your travel history outside Canada?

I called CIC last week and was told that I passed the medical exam. However, this morning I checked my application status and also called CIC again and was told that there wasn't any update on medical exam. I am so frustrated.

Guys, can anyone confirm that all applications have to pass certain statuses sequentially? I mean, I was told by CIC that the application is reviewed in parallel i.e. medical check, background check, work experience, etc. However, I am worried now since I even haven't passed the medical exam, does it mean that it will also push the timeline to get PPR couple of days/weeks later?
