Had to hire an immigration lawyer to help with my case. But basically at the end of it all, I still might be accused of misrepresentation. We'll see. I will update on the end result. This may take another 3 months.

Does foreign work experience means other than Canada?? And was you on study visa and got work permit? Still is you say yes for these questions than why is it misrepresentation. Coz when we are on study and work permit we are not claiming point to get the visas for the same. But when we do, than why not to mention them?

Yes, I worked back home with my mother to help save up for school here. I applied for work permit while studying and worked part time at the school. After graduating that work permit didn't expire until last year, then I applied for PGWP. Putting my foreign work experience wasn't material for those applications, so I don't understand CIC. But they have a right because it's law. Keeping my head up tho.

Line BG is in IP2 since 14 days now and still counting and have seen few others hanging with BG in IP2.... don't know what they been upto however many Have got PPR the very next day of BG update

Haha. I know friend. But u know that it was not misrepresentation and only u can take urself out of it. Though, getting a lawyer will work wonders as u can explain him well what actually happened
