As far as my understanding, you need to prove for the point that you are claiming. If the draw happens on 7th and your certificate of completion is 8th, you may not be eligible to claim points on the 7th. If you have adequate points, i wouldn't risk as you can be invited in the subsequent draw. Either way, i would recommend you to seek advice from more experienced members in the forum. Most people did not realistically expect a draw today. I don't see the point of raising people's expectations only to disappoint. Two weeks is the norm. Anything sooner is a blessing. Less than a week is unrealistic.
