If u r already in the pool and update ur profile with new score,CIC wud take 24hrs to incorporate the changes. Though it shows that the data is transmitted immediately the actual score changes after 24 hrs.
Internally does cic views an updated score or the old score is a doubt, for this reason many people dont update their profile a day before if anticipating a draw
Dear loaning the amount is a no no. Pls make sure that u do not loan POF as CIC needs a six month statement just to make sure that the funds are unencumbered. They will check if there is a windfall credit in ur account and against that u should have a proper reasoning. Rather show it as a gift from dad by making a gift deed, this will help u
So you mean that,
For any sudden windfall amount to my account (from my Uncle and he is ready to support me for around 15 Lac) should have gift deed/agreement with stamp paper (signed by my uncle) by mentioning that it is gift to me and no need to return at any cost. I can submit that document along with PoF.
Correct me my understanding is correct?

Because it is your spouse's work history, if none of these experiences are in Canada, you can opt to not include it in the Pre-ITA phase. As you're not claiming points for them.
After you receive your ITA, you should include it in the personal history section. All of them preferably. You won't need to show documents for these jobs, because you're not claiming points.

You are correct.
If it was me, I would use a Notary, so that it was indeed an official document.
However, if someone could advice if this is a requirement for a gift deed.

You have to apply for FBI clearance. You need to fill out the form and send it to the address provided along with USD 18 (money order, or credit card information form). The fingerprints need to be authorized by a law enforcement authority in the country you are residing in now (i.e. India). It takes more than 60 days, so, I would suggest you to send it ASAP. You will find the forms and other details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp
CIC requires funds to be above threshold from the date of application till the issuance of CoPR. Any amount added within the last few months will be required valid explanation if it is for the purpose of Immigration.
