NEW DELHI (NDVO) - 2016 SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE CANADA

Hi,

This is for my brother currently residing in US. He is a student and his wife (Canadian Citizen) is sponsoring him. He received an email to attend an interview in India in June. He immediately reverted to that email about his current status of residence and he received an email stating his interview has been cancelled, he can go ahead with medicals. My question is that, how many days it takes approximately to receive PPR after submission of medicals and where the passport should be sent?

It can take a month max I think so

I had my interview on 15 may n got remedical request on 19 may...i done it on 25 may......hw much it take to update???? N wht will b next

29th Sep and eligibility passed in October and then file transferred to VO in November and remedial done in march 17 after that nothing happened waiting from last 8 months

No u don't have to sometimes they don't give to everyone plus u already have DM! nothing to worry about.

hi, they mean they are still reviewing your initial eligibility. My file also shows the same stage

I got the passport request today and they have asked to submit the passport to the VFS in India. But we live in taiwan so how can i proceed with this request? Should i just submit my passport to VFS in taiwan or is there anything else i have to do?

Just wondering Where did u submit your passport? Because my husband Also lives in another country. We might be in similar situation when they ask to submit the passport.
