I'm not able to see my status on ecas by filling my details it shows we are not able to identify you since Saturday but It show our status when I fill my husband's details.....

I got the passport request today and they have asked to submit the passport to the VFS in India. But we live in taiwan so how can i proceed with this request? Should i just submit my passport to VFS in taiwan or is there anything else i have to do?

I was facing the same issue on Saturday but it worked after 3-4 tries. I also downloaded an app "ECAS Checker" on my mobile. Its working fine now for me.
