I've just checked the historical data and since January 2016, all the times the second round happened before the 19th there was a third round in the same month. We should expect one in less than a week.
I'm in the pool with 446 points.

Just adding some more info... besides the fact that every month with the second round before 19th having a third round, the 3rd rounds happened on 19th, 25th, 27th, 29th and 30th (never 31st).
27th is a Saturday, so I'm betting on 29th or 30th if it's going to happen this month.
Another interesting thing to notice is that when they invite about the same number of people just 7 days after the last round, the minimum score drops.

i think CIC will refresh CRS distribution table on or around 27th may and that will give us more idea, what would be next CRS cutoff on 31st may

CIC will only update the distribution table after the next draw. so, if there is a draw before 27th then they will otherwise not.

there was not suppose to be any draw this week, therefore, don't loose hope, in fact, now it is time for the hope as it is clear that there will be a draw on the next wednessday, and it is going to be 407

My predictions:
31st May 407
14th June 400 (I doubt there will be many applicants with the new rules to affect the CRS Cut-off to get lower)

Yes CRS cut off reaching 300 is possible, maybe in a decade or so..
