I am surprised by the number of UAE citizens immigrating to Canada actually, from the last year's report there were a lot. Doesn't the UAE not allow dual citizenship?

UAE do not give citizenship to residents.. and by the way those who are applying are UAE residents not citizens.. UAE citizens are taken care very well by their government..

What do you guys think the cutoff will be by the end of May (if there will be any) because April already saw 3 draws whereas in consecutive order May has already seen 2. Do you guys think there will be a 3rd draw by May end and what would it be like based on rough calculations?

You will definitely receive your ITA in the very next draw, and I am 99.9% sure that there will be a draw on May 31.

Any one can create new profile afterdeclining ITA.... there nothing like one has to wait for 3 months .
