Thanks buddy. Just a word of advice/opinion from you guys please:
I intend to delete and re-create my EE Profile, on Sunday (to be on the safer side, since it might take 24 hours for profile activation). I wish to do this so that I can buy more time for the Ontario NOI. I already received it on 12th May, so will I get the NOI again after re-creating my profile? My 6 more months would restart, that way. But, should I take that chance?

I agree with @BillHyatt and @jackdawn. Needless and risky.

It means that these predictions are pretty negative since everything is pointing:
1. New changes will not have a lot of inpact on scores, CRS will contiune to decline to below 400, due to that there is around maybe 1% of total pool who will be affected with these changes
2. There is not enough people in the whole pool to fill qouta for 2017 let alone 2018 which is even bigger
