- If you submit your e-APR before 13 June, then your IELTS is valid.
- if you receive ITA after 13 June, 2017 then you need to submit next ielts result.
- if you have 2 ielts result and you can submit any one which you feel that give better score.
In case that if you accept the invitation and then if you submit all the documents (PCC, medical etc) for e-APR before 13th June, then your IELTS is valid.
Well I went to local police department and they took my fingerprints on the form of FBI. I suggest you to do that, because they have the ink and can do it properly, if you are sure you can find the ink and do it yourself do it yourself
I see you got your OINP NOI on 12th April, submitted on 6th May and received nomination on 18th May. That was pretty fast. What I have previously read on this forum, it takes a lot longer. Could you please tell me what you submitted besides the CAD 1500 to accept the NOI? Is it just proof of employment or anything else?
I am in similar situation as you. I have completed my bachelors degree from the US but now reside in Australia. But we have to get police clearance from US as well. In fact, from all the countries we have lived in for more than 6 months since we turned 18. Check out the link below for getting US police check from overseas. Though I am not sure about how to send fingerprints to FBI. They mention something about a fingerprint card, but not sure how or where to get it. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp

Great, I regret I did not start my PCC earlier, just didn't know that USA PCC would take 60 days . Now I have to wait for 2 months before applying for PR
