On 5th May 2017, I received a letter from High Commission of Canada New Delhi Office, requesting to submit mine and all my dependents passports with in 30 days in order to finalize my Permanent Residence application.

Currently I am residing in Toronto, Can I submit only my Passport for stamping here at CPC-Ottawa office and I can ask my dependents to submit their passports for stamping at New Delhi, India office via VFS??

Any one faced this situation??

You need to send email to CPC-Ottawa, and provide your update on your current status.

Update:
My Background Check has been changed from "Next step is to Conduct Background Check" to "Not Applicable".
This change has come after long 60 days. I hope things will get better soon for PNP outland applicants.

My timeline:
Entered pool : 17oct 2015 -410 score
Signed up for OINP : 2 nov15
File updates : score 435
Received PNP : 28 Dec 2016
ITA : 4 Jan 2017 - score 1035
AOR : 13 Feb 2017
Medical pass : 23 March 2017
BG : next step is to do background check
PPR :

I have somewhat the same timelines. I am also OINP PNP and got my AOR on 25 Feb 2017. Medicals passed on 5th April and BG has been same ever since which is "next step is to do background check". I guess this is something that PNP candidates have to live with. Just be patient, OINP has given us a long lesson on how to be patient.

RPRF Paid: 29th April
BGS status: Not started

your 11.2 A is in review. Once completed, your BG will change to NA. i also received RPRF req but the content was different for eligibility. Same time BG changed to NA. Usually post that once security result is available, final review is done by officer ( 99%, he/she goes with analyst's recommendation on eligibility) and decision is made. Then PPR will be triggered as per batch's schedule. Time line for that is not fixed.

I am FSWO

AOR: 12th Feb

Med passed: 22nd March

BG change: IP, 22nd March

BG change: NA, 27th April

Emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa twice:

1st email replied on 21st April:
"Please note that your application is currently at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia."

2nd email replied on 10th May:
"Our office confirms that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization."

However, I don't fully understand their comments. What is my application status? Have I passed R10? 11.2 A ? When it will go to LVO (For me may be Singapore)?

Does anyone have any idea? Should I go for GCMS notes now? Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks and best wishes to all!

Can someone please answer this- if background is showing Not Applicable, does it mean your security/criminal/police verification has already been cleared or does it mean that your eligibility criteria have been judged as fit and that you have been found eligible in terms of your employment/education/ielts? Please answer as I am confused if my security check is still pending or my employment etc check....
Any input is highly appreciated.

Firstly, you're at edge of getting PR.
Secondly, Order GCMS notes for better clarification
Thirdly, till the time you get PR, do not rely on anything.

NA doesn't mean you have cleared Background check but as per previous posts, you might have already.

Right. Thanks. So when you say I might have 'cleared Background check' you mean the security/police check or the eligibility background check?

Again, GCMS notes can tell this better.
Also, if you check the previous posts. Background Check remains "In-Progress" until application gets approved i.e. PR is done.

I am PNP - Outland(INDIA) - E-APR date 6th Feb 2017.
My Medicals passed on March 10th and ever since then it shows as - Next step is to conduct background check
I have emailed CIC for which they have responded saying that my file is in Sydney Nova Scotia
