Well the number is for more than spousal. The theory is the same. That people will land in 13.5 or so.. but at the end of the day, one or two disgruntled applicants is far better than 16,000.

They kept the FIFO for longer than I would have guessed...

Yeah it seems so inconsistent, so I really don't know what to expect and when with our application! Seems to be not as many applicants in the Inland 2017 thread so I usually lurk around here for info and help.

We weren't worried...so it's the same for us really. My mom wants to take the wife to NY state now... We hear they're Russian-friendly!

13.5 eh... I Haven't been asked to send in the medicals as yet but i'm currently at 11 months and a week from acknowledging receipt and date they started processing the application. 12 months and a week if I included when they received the application.

will take 6 to 8 weeks for her to get pr card . I got to NY state with my sister and grandma 4 times a year

Go from receipt date. And yup medical for us was accepted about 8days before we saw DM in ECAS.
