No dude you are taking it in a wrong sense. This is a very good news for everyone if she really got it. It shows they are at-least opening up the applications. Just wanted to make sure before i shoot my level of excitement up ;D

it's very well possible. june applicants and july applicants were getting DM when some april applicants were still in wait!.
let's just be happy and congratulate the person.
it's still positive news for the rest since it's showing some movement

Salam! Have done with interview. Officer told me that m satisfied with your eligibility and relationship. Need to know few more things so we keep in touch with you...but he did not keep my forms and police clearance certificate..he returned all my documents which they asked for ....what is that about returning police clearance certificate and updated forms ?thankyou

I sent an email to LVO for status update and they replied " Please note that this application is currently in queue to be reviewed by the immigration officer. We are unable to advise when this review will take place...".
