I think they would have given particular reason why ur profile is ineligible..
Otherwise, I dont see any lacking info in ur profile. It seems eligible.
May be u should try once more.
Try filling the form on official CIC website.
Or u may try it on https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html
Hope it helps..

My mastes degree is one year, does that matter to become ineligible
Your profile may not be garnering 67 points to be eligible under FSW. Calculate your points using the criteria for FSW.

Age:25 --------12 points
Education: canadian masters degree------23 points
Foreign work experience: 1 year----------9 points
IELTS: Listening 7.5; Speaking: 6.5 reading :7 writing :7------CLB8 : 20 points
I dont have any canadian work experience or job offer------- 0 points
Total: 12+23+9+20 = 64
You need to increase your ielts score , to get CLB9 (24 points) you need : LWRS : 8,7,7,7.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp
You may also get 5 extra points for relatives in Canada , unfortunately you couldn't get 5 points for your study in Canada as the requirement is 2 full years while your MS is one year only.

My calculation is 64 , his calculated 68 points probably came from counting 24 points for English which is not the case. He has CLB8 = 20.

The language score with IELTS Listening 7.5; Speaking: 6.5 reading :7 writing :7 would be
22.
Listening - 7.5 - CLB 8 - 5
Speaking - 6.5 - CLB 8 - 5
Reading - 7 - CLB 9 - 6
Writing - 7 - CLB 9 - 6
They calculate points for individual section not overall IELTS score.
