Hey man, I wasn't making a scientifically irrefutable statement and is just banter. In the end I just remember seeing PNP guys getting PPR - do not know if PNP inland or outland. My apologies for generalizing.

Yep nothing for PNP Inland, I didnt even get RPRF request :-[
Hi friends,
My visa office is CPC Ottawa.
got ADR for IMM5562E travel info on March 5th, 2017 and submitted on March 7th, 2017.
March 8th, 2017 got ADR for RCMP replacement, even though I had submitted upfront. Now waiting for New RCMP report.
Any idea how long it may take to get PPR after I submit my RCMP or what stage I am right now?
Please advice.
Thanks for your time.

given that your AOR is jan 13 i guess after you submit your RCMP it should only take 2 weeks or less

no i got request for RCMP the day my medicals passed .
I can see one reason why PNP Inlands files are moving slow.
For CIC bringing new people from outside will give boom to Canada economy, because these newly landed people will be paying the taxes once they land.
where as PNP inlanders are already in Canada and paying taxes and so makes no sense for CIC to bring them early.
just my personnel opinion
