Hi everyone there,

LVO mailed my all original documents to my wife in Canada. But I didn't receive any email from LVO. I had seccessful interview at Islamabad on 16 Jan 2017. I didn't receive any email from LVO YET after my interview. I am currently living in AUSTRALIA. Does returning back my original documents mean they had make decision?

Anyone have an idea when will I get email for ppr?

Thanks for your response! I managed to pay it online, do I have to send a hard copy of the receipt or is there an email address i could send it to?

Hello Forum members !!! Its been a long time I have checked the forum. I have heard that family sponsorship has been changed. Can someone tell me few questions for a brand new INLAND application:

1- Do or Can we still submit medical in advance along with the application?
2- Where is the application processed (Still in London)? How long is the approximate time?
3- MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: My family member tried to get their marriage certificate from local municipal office (Like I did in the good old days). But now they are saying that they do not issue marriage cert. anymore. I am confused and lost???? where to get one now?

Hi guyz I have added some basic statistics on the front tab of our official spreadsheet. All information for every year is now consolidated in this table. We are now counting how many files are approved monthly as well as Average, Longest and fastest processing time lines. If any of you are having any issues viewing the information or the sheet please let me know.

when cic uses the term family in my understanding it is spouse and children only is it correct or wrong ?

in the form IMM 5532


1. Before this relationship, was your sponsor related to you in any way? e.g.
• Your sponsor was related to a member of your family.
• Your sponsor's family member was related to you or a member of your family.

I got married to my 1st cousin my mamu's daughter. so is the ans. to this question 'yes' or 'no' ?

It's crazy to see how low the numbers have been in 2017. Like some member suggested if the 7 month thing for pilot program applicants holds true we BETTER see lots of approvals in April. Let's hope for the best.

Yes she was related to u as a cousin

If yes, give their names and relationship to you or your sponsor, as applicable (including previous in-laws or spouse, etc.). ?

that's causing confusion.

Yes family members means the applicants family: spouse and children.

As I am married to my first cousin. I am getting confused in answering these questions?
When was the first time you met in person?
Describe the circumstances of your first meeting?
Did anyone introduce you?
Did you have any contact before you met in person?
Do your close friends, family and children know about your relationship? ( they're asking date when her relatives met me )

I met her the first time when she was born ?
what should i write in dates since they've met me when I was very young.

Please guide

Can anyone tell me that why my security checks taking longer time. it been started since 2nd Oct 2016. My another query is that we have cancelled lawyer last month, would this impact the processing time or can prolong security checks??

Hey quick question.

If you check the application processig times it says 2 years for ppl who applied before dec 2016 and one year for those who applied after dec. so what exactly does tbat mean? Those who applied after dec their application will be processed fazter and those who applied before they wont be given preference? Just a thought..

Any advise on this?

snoor1987: I would mention both, that you have known her since birth and as for as dates are concerned. I would specifically mention dates since you folks were engaged (For all your questions). Use extra sheet for explanation if you have to. Hope this helps.
