They asked me for proof of our relationship. I never sent them enough wedding photos, and I am 3 years older, so they want to know if it's actually genuine or not.

Adoption of child

Hello everyone,

I have a concern to discuss. I am a permanent resident of Canada and want to adopt a baby from Pakistan. Reason of adopting a child is I have complications in getting pregnant. Secondly, the reason of adopting the child particularly from Pakistan is the child belongs to my spouse's family. I contacted CIC to get information if I could adopt a child from Pakistan. The agent asked me to send an inquiry to London Visa Office if they could put up adoption case with my spouse’s case since my spouse sponsorship case is already in process in London Visa Office. I made an inquiry to London visa office but they referred me to CIC website. In the CIC website, I can find two kinds of information, one is I cannot adopt a child from Pakistan and second is I can put up a separate adoption application, which are two different things.
Please let me know if anyone was gone through the same situation, what they did, and what were the outcomes or if anyone of you can guide me. It will be appreciated.

Urgent Question.

I m still confused regarding the check list thing. In both check lists 3907 & 5491 they have asked for the forms. It seems stupid to ask whether I have to attach copies of forms like IMM 0008 with both check lists or only one copy will be enough (Which should be) as I want to make sure nothing has been missed from the file.
And if no then do I need to check feilds in each check list or I can leave it blank. For example in 5491 they asked about IMM 008. Should I check that box or leave it blank as IMM 0008 will be attached with 3907 and vice versa?

My meds expire Nov. 5 2016...who was it that got their meds extended? How did CIC inform them of the extension. My cic is sluggish today...says its in maintenance.

What are you talking about?. He is registered immigration consultant with IRCC?. I have him as my lawyer can you advise what has been your experience?.

Just a recommendation guyz.

On the excel tracking sheet for ours I think we should also add Yes/No columns for Mehndi, Nikah, Barat/Rukhsati & Walima. Reason being this will give a good idea of comparison amoung members of how there cases fair between each other when one recieves PPR and also if members can communicate with others of similar circumstances. What do you guyz think?.

Congratulations

Alhamdolillah my wife got here PPR today. They have also requested to send 2 photos along with updated appendix A.

On the appendix A my wife is supposed to list mine and her updated passport info. I recently updated my passport but we never updated CIC with it obviously it wasnt required so I just need to know when we provide my updated Passport info do i provide a copy of my Passport as well.

I am applying for my spouse sponsorship. As per latest 3907e.pdf (General Asia Guide) we do not need original nikkha nama both urdu and english. Is that true?
