understanding GCMS notes

Actually its me and spouse so what you think what those numbers stand for based on my situation?

unfortunately from what kirk has shared there is no way to know..kirk even shared his activities section but no relevant info there...because they share no info regarding the security(everything is blanked out) even if you passed it, theres no indication from notes that you did..

I guess an officers notes is a probable indication that security is passed or seeing s15(1) on top right hand corner of security section of admissibilities..

the numbers only pertain to no of applicants(PA, SA, dependants)....

The peculiar thing is that Activity 1 and Activity 2 look exactly the same.

My only explanation is that Activity 2 status is "In Progress" or something similar while Activity 1 status is " Complete" or something similar as well.

Also, any idea what is the difference between "Security" and "Security Screening"?

due date is the bring forward date...some people say that it is not...however whenever my application had a due date I was asked for some documents a few days later than the due date.. it seems security is not completed for you and spouse.

why don't you get in touch with naofel_bd...he is an applicant from Feb thread who got in touch with SGVO and got his PPR recently after a long wait...you can ask him how he got in touch...even atleast if you get some info on application status it might help.

Thanks for your help. Actually I did same thing as naofel_bd but no reply.naofel_bd checked his gcms and found that his application is approved and sgvo sent ppr mail but he missed.But my security checking still in process :'(

What does recalculation date means? Does ppr needs to come after that date if there is a recalculation date in gcms?

I received my GCMS notes and I need some advice. The last note created on 2016/July/07 was:

They requested additional documents regarding my work experience on June. I believe it was because the letter from my current employer did not mention my wages, although I've sent a bank statement with bank transfers made by my employer to my account. I sent the documents requested by VO and then after analyzing the docs, they did the annotation above.

I am working for the same employer since 2009. In March this year we moved to a new address. It seems that VO used Google Street View to look at the new address, but the images are from 2012.

What do you think? Should I write to VO asking what source they used to check the current address? Or ask them about the interview, is that with me?

I am very worried because I did not receive any updates on last months. I sent two CSE asking about my application and received only standard messages.

I ordered GCMS notes on 10 August 2016. I received the analysis on 15 September 2016. The notes are as of 23 August 2016.

If you can secure a proof of your company's new address. For example, a screen shot of the company's website showing the current address, you can raise a CSE attaching the above proof and mention in your enquiry that you see this in the GCMS and would like to provide these additional information to them. theres still security to cross...going by your timeline and the speed by which NDVO is processing now...hoping the wait is really really short for you brother..

More than 8 months since AOR... GCMS notes suggest everything is passed, but Security not started. File not touched since 15th July.

Just applied for another set of GCMS notes today..i have no idea what is NDVO doing!!!!!!!!

if you already have AOR and profile is locked, it doesnot matter what recalculation date says...

for example- if your age changes after your AOR, you are supposed to lose points..so recalculation date would be on your birthday....but because profile is locked and you must have met eligibility by now (going by your timeline)...it doesnot matter..

it can be related to age, IELTS expiry, ECA expiry, etc etc...don't worry about it
