HI guys
I would be appreciated if you can give me some sort of information regarding my question
I suffered from MS disease (Multiple sclerosis) and I am preparing required documents to apply Canada express entry.
I would like to know there is possible that my sickness get refuse me in medical examination or not ?

Unfortunately, Yes.

However I would recommend you talk to somebody who can file a case for you as it seems that at least one person on this forum Landed after being refused and he challenged the refusal in federal court.

Try sending a PM to computergeek as he may know more about it.
Read his previous posts first.

ys i done with medicals on 15 oct and medical receive line update in ecas on 23 Oct after that i didnt receving any correspondence ECAS also IP most of PNP applicants receives PPR after 1or 2 days of medical line update .. i am planning to shoot a CSE about status inquiry what you suggests last i send CSE in end of Sep -15

Stated as we sent you corrspondence on nov. 4. If you have not yet provided the information or requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. What will be the next step after this? Anybody who has the same ecas that after medical received, received this update? PcC not yet provided and rprf, maybe this is the one being requested? My agency is not yet informing us. Hope tomorrow, we get the news.

send them email and ask about the update from agency, if not then email to visa office and ask them. Vo will cooperate u
