Applied 25 days back for student permit and received this message today, what does it mean? approval or rejection.

It came out to be visa refusal, because my sponsor is my brother and lives in Canada, other shitty reason was travel history which does not apply to a student (it may apply to a tourism candidate).

Wait, before you send your passports to them, you are already approved of study/ work permits right? So after that, you can still get rejected??

Travel history DOES apply to study permits and is a perfectly valid refusal reason.
