Does anyone know of CIC can access bank account and insurance in private company even if you dont provide them information.? Is CIC has the right to access it without your knowledge? Thanks for those who will reply.

No - they don't and can't.

The most they can do is verify the authenticity and accuracy of a bank certificate you submitted.
