WES Documents - Speed Post India

Hi All,

I have recently sent my transcripts to WES through speed post India. I would like share my experience.

I posted my transcripts 6th April from Bangalore, India. I paid Rs.1045 for the same. It took exactly 10 days(8 Working days). Tracking and customer service were very good. Only thing is after it left Mumbai status was not updated for 6 days, however when i post a online complaint they replied back with flight details in which the parcel was shipped. Overall experience is excellent. I would recommend people to use India post as you can save 1/3 of the amount against sending in Courier service.

Thanks for sharing this.

In most of the cases ,university directly sends the transcripts by charging 1050 INR. So I guess it should be Speed post India.

My university has already sent my transcripts to WES....this includes mark list and degree certificate..

In addition, should we send our degree certificate again our own?

IN WES site, they mentioned two things..
1) University to send the sealed envelop.
2) Applciant to send the degree certfiicate xerox...

I don't think it is necessary as because your transcript already includes mark list and degree certificate. I think this is applicable to certain universities who transcript in different form.

By the way i took transcript from university in sealed cover. Then i posted directly to WES.

well, my transcript was sent by my Univ & they charged 440 Rs for Registered Post.

My wife's transcript was sent by me, I sent it through DTDC & they charged me 875 for the same.

Registered Post took some good sweet time, as my Uni provided me Registered Post num.

DTDC took flat 4 days, much cheaper than Speed Post, & Much much fast.

How much sweet time registered post took, I am still waiting after my registered post left India on 12 April, still not received by WES.

Well i am on same boat like you. My each status of parcel matches you. My doc are delivered on friday and same message i i got SIGNED BY MM. May be they will take one or 2 day to update wes website.

Yes my documents have reached WES and are in process state.

Wes updated on their website after two days of receiving Docs. You could also track the parcel from WES website under your account page. It shows whether they have received the document or not.

1. I have CIMA from UK, MBA Part time from IIFT & B.Com (H) from Delhi.

2. Please share :

Question A) I have sourced transcripts for MBA and B.Com. However when I opened one of the set, it only contains Mark sheets.

So, do I need to send the copy of degree as well??
If yes, do I need to get same attested?? PLEASE ASSIST!!!

Question B) As I do not have transcripts of CIMA with me, is it worth waiting for getting CIMA Transcripts. This may take 3-5 days.

Please help guys.

Just send copy of all the degrees in an envelope with your transcripts. No need of attestation.

Regarding question B. Its better to wait for pending Transcript. Once you get all. Send in a single big envelope containing all 3 transcripts set and in envelope all 3 degrees photocopy).
