PP processed without medical advice, not sure visa granted with this message

This is what i just received today 25/06/2014:
"Visa application, tracking ID No.20140523xxxxxxxxxxxxx– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office ACCRA , on 25/06/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website"

I applied on 23/06/2014. No medical mail advice. It is paper application. It arrived within 5 wks. Pls is there anyone that have similar situation? What is the decision? I am waiting for sms to pick my pp.

medical is not always mandatory. They would request if it is needed.

I applied at VAC Lagos. I am going for remotely Operated Vehicle, ROV Pilot. Its a two year Technical programe

Our fate still hang in the balance until we pick our pp. But I am getting set for online reapplication immediately with premedical if the decision is not favourable.

i think you applied on 23/05/2014 and not on 23/06/2014. cause its been 5 weeks.
