I applied for my parents super visa in January, 2025 and it got reject in 15 days with reason that inviter's proof of income doesn't meet with LICO requirement whereas my income was meeting but my last years NOA doesn't show my updated salary So I guess that could be the reason to reject the visa, and then in February 2025, my parents applied for visitor visa and that got rejected in March as well in just a week with 2 reasons, saying that, financial situation of parents is not good enough and they think that my parents will not go back to India.
So, Now should I apply for visitor visa again in April with return tickets and more bank balance or property values or wait for 6 months and reapply with return tickets and bank balance ?
Or should I apply for super visa as I have updated NOA for last year ? As all the consultants asking me to go for super visa and they don't want me to wait for 6 months and apply now.
Therefore, I don't understand what should I do ? Too much confusion, I'll appreciate your guidance and help. Thank you
But, Do I have to meet LICO requirement for last 3 years NOA ? Because my wage can only be meet for 2 years NOA. and if they are looking at current salary then I guess I have more than enough salary. So, do they consider current salary ? or last 3 years NOA ?
Refusal for Visitor visa was because of funds and they think Parents will not go back.

Okay, so let's say we have 4 family members then LICO required salary is 64k CAD and my total income is exceeding that for 2024 year, then I'm eligible for it right

I don't know what was the exact reason behind refusal but I assume it was that. As they have mentioned reason as inviter's proof of income doesn't meet LICO requirement and at that time I only uploaded 2023 NOA which has less total income earned in that year than LICO requirement. But, I also uploaded my employment verification letter but I guess they don't consider that and because my NOA for 2023 was lesser than LICO requirement, they might have refused the application.
So, do you think uploading the latest 2024 NOA which has income earned more than LICO will help to get the super visa ?
