Unlike these past week, it is like we are stucked. I have to go home, but I can't even plan because I need necessary documents to fly home. My work permit was expired, already applied for extension but I can't leave or else I will lose my job. My father's condition is getting worse, since october he was hospitalized back home. I can't even be there. It is getting harder. I really pray they start working on this now.

Everyone is stuck right now many people want to go and meet their loved ones back home, I personally don’t expect much from IRCC in the month of December and January and with the staff cutting they are planning Immigration is going to be worse in 2025 and 2026 as well.

I thought the cost just went up up for PR applications last year. If they want to raise the fee then they should go ahead do that if that will improve the processes. I am thinking about people who are waiting for eCOPR and still have to apply for BOPW or extend work permit because they are running out of status.
