For me nothing has changed so far and it's almost two months since I submitted my biometrics.

I did biometrics on 19th October, For the next 23 days was still showing "Your action is required"

And after 23 days, on 10th of November, the status is finally "Submitted" and the message become "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details."

Anyone face the same situation ? How to handle any idea ?

It’s been more than one month now I submitted my biometrics. The tab changed from “y oh r action is needed” to “ we have not received your finger prints”. They haven’t sent me for medicals nor send me any emails. Some one help me it’s almost 45days

Yes dr. I finally received a mail asking for my police clearance and days after, my application got approved and they requested for my passport. All this happened wishing 2weeks

Hi there,

First of all you don't need to worry about it. Yes, you can raise a webform. In my case, i raised webfrom regarding this issue and they replied with positive note saying my file is completely okay for further processing.

After going through all the comments here, I am pretty sure its a glitch in the tool.

I received a biometrics letter on the 3rd of December 2019, and I submitted my biometrics on December 4th, 2019 at VFS Bangalore.
The same day under application information the Biometric ID, Submission date and Expiry date were updated.
However, under the home page, it still showed as "Action required".
The last date for biometric submission was January 3rd, 2020, after which the status changed to submitted, however, under the Biometrics tab in the portal it changed to "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details".

Checked the validity of biometrics and it says it's valid.
But seeing all the messages here, I am pretty sure there is nothing I can do other than wait. And once I get my PR, it should change.
If anyone has a better idea please let me know.

Call them. In the meantime, also raise a webform!
