Could someone post the details steps of the Surrender and OCI application with all the steps? I remember someone did it a while back. I would appreciate it if it could be reposted below. Thank you in Advance

This question has been repeated so many times! But you just need to have an easy way out, eh? Take your time and go through the posts - people aren't going to answer same questions again and again!

You CANNOT apply for surrender and OCI at the same time. For OCI, you need to surrender your Indian Passport first as it is a requirement.

But you did answer. I thank you for that.

The BLS link to download OCI checklist for Toronto jurisdiction now points to https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/page/how-to-apply-oci-adult-parents-indian-citizen/. Can anyone who recently applied for OCI share the right link from where I can download the checklist. I think it should be a pdf file.
