OCI Card Time Line

Did anyone who posted above got their OCI? My acknowledgement is Feb 29 and its still under process
progress

Takes quite a bit of time for Vancouver jurisdiction to process the OCI
Toronto is 8 weeks
Vancouver is 12+ weeks. If you are in Calgary (from your signature) add few more weeks extra

Any recent experience ?
Because people i know who applied in Dec had got in Jan,, but i see early Feb people are still waiting.
Thankfully i dont have a travel plan soon but having it in hand will give a relief for any emergencies

There was a tracker where forum members were putting their timelines but don't see many Vancouver entries

Looks like overall there is delay, Not sure if elections in India has anything to do with it
Feb 29 is my date and same status for Vancouver

I applied for OCI from Calgary, under Vancouver jurisdiction.
DOA: 21-Feb-2024
It got updated to Processed and received at Vancouver on 02-May.
There is delay for sure, but the applications are getting processed.
I am yet to receive it by hand.

i applied at end of Feb and got it in mid of May... about 75 days

which BLS jurisdiction ? If it is Toronto processing is 8 weeks..
Ottawa and Vancouver is 12+ weeks

Has anyone tried to pickup someone else's OCI, I know its not allowed, but do they really check.
My partner had to fly urgently to US for work and I am going to pick up OCI tomorrow, can i take my friend along pretending him my partner as i have his ID at home?
