Counterfoil is the document thats updated in gc key under document status. It basically means your visa is stamped and it has its expiry date as well.

application status will change to approved.

In PR tracker I can see visa documents no since April 29th

Since I do not have access to the file (GC key ) only thing I have is PR tracker

Passport under process on 25th got counterfoil update today. Maybe 26-29 will get it by next week.

did you get the dispatch message as well?

My gc key got updated with the status approved and the counterfoil but I haven't received dispatch message yet

What was the reason they return the passport package with resubmission letter and what is your original date of submission

I submitted the passport on 7th may, it reached Delhi IRCC on 8th May. No update since then.

You cannot expedite the process. But this is bit confusing, you mentioned "I have international travel plans to India ". Are you already in Canada ? or somewhere else outside of India ?
