1) Can I submit my application without a Canadian passport?

2) what exactly is self attestation? Is it just my signature and date? Do I need to sign all the pages?

3) is the fees still 117?

I sent my surrender application by Canada post to Brampton BLS, and it was returned to me without opening, has anyone ever faced this issue? I rechecked the address it was correct, not sure what’s wrong and what should I do next.
I was trying to check their online pick up drop off link, but it is not working since so long, so decided to send by Canada post.

what a bunch of scammers! They for sure are running a business

1) Vancouver does. Others don't. So depends.
2) Just signature. Yes all pages.

Make sure you check with BlS Vancouver to avoid last min surprises if they are still accepting SC applications w/o Canadian passport

I am planning to use Canada Post mail service instead of BLS's courier option.
Do I still need to send applications separately ?

Just in case you haven’t sent your application , and still looking for answers.
please dont send it with Canada post.
I made a mistake to make single draft for me and my husband and sent the application by canada post in single courier with two express envelopes for return inside. The BLS didn’t care to even open my application, they returned it without accepting it, I lost more than a week in this process , and not to mention the extra work to get two separate DDs.
