Can you share the email address? My minor son’s application has been “Pending” for over 3 weeks by BLS Surrey. I’m hoping someone higher up can look into it.

Based on timelines from other applicants, you most likely see update on Toronto received date on after 10th Apr and it takes about a week to receive your OCI. I recommend you to apply e-visa for safer side.

I do have one question, I see that OCI card has my canadain address. So if in future I move to a new address, do I have to update this information somewhere or it does not matter if my address changes in the future?
no.. you can let it be until you get a new passport after you are 50 years of age.. even then, you just need to update the new passport details in the web. OCI is not address proof!
I have a question regarding regaining Indian citizenship in the future. Can a person’s parent apply for their kid’s citizenship again in future, given if the kid was born in India, later acquired Canadian citizenship and OCI. I know oci can live in india for 5 years and apply for citizenship by themselves. But can person’s parent apply for child’s citizenship earlier, based on their relationship and given they are still alive at the time of applications?
so far as I know, you can stay in India for as long as you can.. not just 5 years. 5 years is a timeline that you have to spend with OCI out of which if you have to stay in India for 1.5 years to apply for Indian citizenship. So, yes, you can apply for your child's Indian citizenship.
