The typical flow is Final Decision on GCKey and COPR number on the tracker within a day or two of all things complete. Sometimes P1 is received almost on the same day as Final Decision. But I have been waiting for it for over 2 weeks. Some wait over a month or more. Once you get P1, P2 usually follows within a couple of weeks followed by ECOPR. If you are lucky you should receive everything within a week of each other, it may take months too. Sometimes P1s sent by the offices are not received by the applicant. Call IRCC after 2 weeks of seeing COPR number if you don't receive P1.

Good news! Received eCOPR today.

P1 - 21 March, 2024 (Etobicoke office)
P2 - 3 April, 2024
eCOPR - 4 April, 2024

Waiting on the PR card and wishing everyone good luck and speedy processing!
Congratulations. Do you mind sharing your COPR expiry date? There seems to be a correlation between that and when you receive P1.

Isn't it typically 6 months from when his profile is internally completed?
In his case I would assume it's in the neighbourhoods of 18 September 2024.

Got my eCOPR today. Please feel free to have a look on my signature for more details.

Wish all of you get it asap.
