@Achtzen Would you happen to know your COPR expiry date on the tracker? There seems to be some correlation between receiving portal email and COPR expiry date on tracker. Thanks.

BIL: March 1, 2024
Biometrics completed: March 6
Everything marked complete on tracker: March 19
Medical marked completed again on tracker: March 26
Latest update on GC Key: Medical passed March 27
No COPR number, Final decision and P1 yet.
Can someone please summarize what is the trend here, as I am new on this forum and the thread has grown too long to read all.
I would really appreciate that.

The typical flow is Final Decision on GCKey and COPR number on the tracker within a day or two of all things complete. Sometimes P1 is received almost on the same day as Final Decision. But I have been waiting for it for over 2 weeks. Some wait over a month or more. Once you get P1, P2 usually follows within a couple of weeks followed by ECOPR. If you are lucky you should receive everything within a week of each other, it may take months too. Sometimes P1s sent by the offices are not received by the applicant. Call IRCC after 2 weeks of seeing COPR number if you don't receive P1.
